YHJ The intrinsically safe laser pointer for mining is an instrument that integrates electronics, optics, precision mechanics, and other technologies. It features an aesthetically pleasing appearance, compact size, light weight, and explosion-proof characteristics. The instrument can be quickly secured to anchor bolts via a suspension assembly and can 360° The range can be coarsely adjusted at will and finely tuned with high precision; adjustment is convenient, and braking is reliable. The product features a self-developed optical system and supports both red and green light sources, with beam spot size and effective range tailored to meet the requirements of underground mining operations. II. Structural Features and Operating Principle

IV. Installation, Adjustment, and Use

1 .Installation
( 1 ) First, take one 20 ~ 22 Millimeter-diameter rock bolts (provided by the user) are installed and anchored into the roadway roof.
( 2 ) Pass the fixing rod through the mounting bracket, secure the instrument to the rod using bolts, and then, as shown in the figure, fasten the screw plug, retaining ring, and locking seat to the pre-installed anchor bolt.
2 .Adjustment and use
Instrument power connection: PL205667,3.7V Properly connect the straight-through, dual-plate cable socket on the power supply unit to the straight-through, dual-plate cable plug on the main unit; after confirming that the circuit is secure and free of loose connections or short circuits, tighten the locking sleeve on the plug. The laser module will then be powered on and illuminated.
( 1 ) Perform coarse adjustments of the instrument in the vertical and horizontal directions as required by the orientation of the measuring instrument.
Vertical coarse adjustment: Loosen the set screw, rotate the instrument along the anchor bolt to align the laser beam in the vertical direction to the desired position (at the mid-chest line), then tighten the set screw.
Horizontal coarse adjustment: Loosen the bolt, slide the instrument along the mounting rod to align the laser beam horizontally to the desired position (at the midline), then tighten the bolt.
( 2 ) Then, precisely adjust the direction of the laser beam according to the project requirements, as follows:
Horizontal adjustment: First lock the vertical adjustment screw, then simultaneously rotate the left and right horizontal adjustment screws in the same direction to move the light spot horizontally. Once properly adjusted, lock both horizontal adjustment screws.
Vertical adjustment: First lock the horizontal adjustment screw, then simultaneously rotate the upper and lower vertical adjustment screws in the same direction to move the light spot vertically. Once properly adjusted, lock both screws.
( 3 ) When PL205667,3.7V When the power pack voltage is too low, the laser will dim or fail to illuminate. In this case, loosen the retaining sleeve and promptly disconnect the straight dual-voltage board cable plug and socket to prevent damage to the power pack due to deep discharge. Please note: After the spot has been accurately adjusted in both the horizontal and vertical directions, the adjustment screws must be locked simultaneously. The instrument is factory-calibrated to ensure the spot remains within the specified range, so no on-site adjustment is required by the user. If adjustment is nevertheless necessary, please follow the procedures outlined in the troubleshooting section.

( 2 ) Do not short-circuit the power supply terminals to avoid permanent damage.
( 3 ) Please connect the power supply with the correct polarity; reverse connection is not permitted.
( 4 ) To ensure that the battery pack maintains its capacity, it should be stored in an environment free of corrosive gases and protected from high temperatures and high humidity, as such conditions can lead to a reduction in the battery pack’s capacity.
( 5 ) Please use the supplied charger to charge the power pack; the charging time should not exceed 8 hours. If any abnormalities or issues are detected during use, please contact the dealer or the manufacturer.

VII. Maintenance, Servicing, and Usage Precautions
1 . When the instrument is not used for an extended period, it should be stored in a cool, dry, and non-corrosive environment.
2 .The optical system is calibrated before the instrument leaves the factory; do not disassemble it arbitrarily. During transportation, handle with care to avoid severe vibration.
3 After use, it is recommended to perform a charge–discharge maintenance cycle every six months when the power pack is stored for an extended period, to prevent battery capacity degradation.
4 . The window glass of the laser output port should be regularly wiped with lens paper or a soft cloth to ensure the surface is clean and free of dust.
5 .Live maintenance is prohibited; when it is necessary to open the enclosure for maintenance, such work must be carried out in a safe location. During operation and maintenance, the electrical parameters and protective performance of the intrinsically safe circuit must be maintained in accordance with its original design, and the model, specifications, and parameters of components in the product’s intrinsically safe circuit must not be altered.
VIII. Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting
“If the instrument is not functioning,” please check your instrument according to the table below. If, after inspection, the instrument still cannot operate normally, please contact a service center or the manufacturer. 
IX. Maintenance Services
1 . In principle, maintenance of explosion-proof electrical equipment shall be carried out by the equipment manufacturer. If maintenance is performed in-house, the maintenance organization must possess the necessary inspection and testing facilities, and may proceed only with the prior consent of the equipment manufacturer. During maintenance, the electrical parameters and protective performance of the intrinsically safe circuit must be maintained in accordance with its original design; the model, specifications, and parameters of components in the intrinsically safe circuit shall not be altered. Following maintenance, explosion-proof parameter measurements and inspections shall be conducted and must meet GB3836 Only after meeting the requirements specified herein may the product be put into service. The party performing the repair shall bear all related responsibilities arising from such repairs. The use of batteries other than those specified in the instruction manual is strictly prohibited.
2 .Instrument warranty begins on the date the invoice is issued. 12 months, with lifetime maintenance and calibration after-sales service.
3 . Device failures arising from manufacturing defects during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
4 . During the warranty period, any damage not caused by product quality issues shall be subject to appropriate charges.
