Harbin Optical Instruments Factory Co., Ltd. has consecutively earned such prestigious honors as the National High-Tech Enterprise Certification, “Heilongjiang Famous Brand Product,” and “Harbin Famous Brand Product” for many years. It is among the first batch of “Hidden Champion” enterprises in Heilongjiang Province, a Time-Honored Brand of Heilongjiang, and a Specialized, Sophisticated, Distinctive, and Innovative enterprise. The company is also a co-developer of the national standard for calibration of geological compasses in China and a co-author of the national forestry industry standard for handheld forest height-measuring instruments. With robust technological capabilities, the company has established the “Heilongjiang Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Resource Sharing Service Platform” and the “Heilongjiang Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.” In addition, it has forged strong collaborative relationships with leading domestic R&D institutions and higher education establishments. On February 3, 2023, the Expert Workstation for Forest Fire Prevention Equipment was officially inaugurated at Harbin Optical Instruments Factory Co., Ltd.; and on April 12, the strategic cooperation agreement between the Fifth Geological Exploration Institute of Heilongjiang Province and Harbin Optical Instruments Factory Co., Ltd., along with the unveiling ceremony of the “Geological Exploration Equipment R&D Expert Workstation,” was solemnly held at Harbin Optical Instruments Factory.
