Product Overview

The YHJ-800 intrinsically safe laser alignment instrument for mining is an integrated device that combines electronics, optics, and precision mechanics. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, compact size, light weight, and explosion-proof characteristics. The instrument can be quickly mounted on anchor bolts via a suspension assembly and offers 360° full-range coarse adjustment with highly precise fine adjustment; adjustment is convenient and braking is reliable. The product incorporates a self-developed optical system and supports both red and green light sources, with beam spot size and effective range tailored to meet the requirements of underground mining operations. It can be powered by either the DXH6/4.3 intrinsically safe battery pack for mining or the optional KDY127/5 intrinsically safe DC power supply for mining, enabling operation on both AC and DC power in underground environments. The instrument is primarily used in coal mine roadways during excavation to provide accurate positioning of center and waist lines, as well as directional alignment for the installation of transport pipelines, conveyor belts, ventilation ducts, water pipes, and cable routes. Coarse adjustment is achieved through a 360° rotatable locking mechanism, while mounting is facilitated by a fixing rod and a suspension assembly locking device, ensuring quick and secure installation with unrestricted 360° horizontal and vertical coarse adjustment. Fine adjustment within a range of at least 1.5° can be performed in both horizontal and vertical directions via a micro-adjustment mechanism. The laser module is powered by the DXH6/4.3 intrinsically safe battery pack for mining or the optional KDY127/5 intrinsically safe DC power supply for mining, emitting a laser beam; the instrument generates this beam and then uses the optical system to produce a long-range pointing laser beam with an effective range of up to 800 meters.
