Product Overview
This instrument is a field-measuring device used to determine the elevation of various targets; it can also measure elevation differences, cumulative elevations, and the slope angles of terrain features and man-made structures. Its principal advantages are that it provides direct readings of measured elevation values, eliminating the need for conversion or lookup tables. Additional benefits include its compact size, light weight, portability, simple operation, speed and convenience, and high measurement accuracy. When only height-related data are required, there is no need to set up large, complex instruments such as theodolites.
