Product Overview

The YBJ-1200 explosion-proof laser alignment instrument for mining is an integrated device that combines electronics, optics, and precision mechanics. The instrument is mounted in a fixed configuration and can be quickly secured to anchor bolts using a suspension assembly. The instrument is primarily used in coal mine roadways during excavation to provide precise positioning of center and waist lines, as well as directional guidance for the installation of transport pipelines, conveyor belts, ventilation ducts, water pipes, and cable routes. It can also provide straight-line guidance for tunneling operations in subways, highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, culverts, oil pipelines, and drainage projects. By integrating the power module, optical components, and precision mechanical parts into a single unit, the instrument boasts an attractive appearance, compact footprint, and lightweight construction. Coarse adjustment is achieved via a 360° rotatable locking mechanism, while installation is facilitated by a fixed mounting rod and a suspension assembly with locking devices, making the instrument’s fixation quick and easy. A fine-adjustment mechanism enables lateral and longitudinal adjustments within a range of no less than ±1.5°. Upon connection to a 127 V AC power supply, the power module converts the voltage to DC to power the laser tube, generating a laser beam; this beam is then collimated and directed over long distances by the optical system, achieving an effective range of up to 1,200 meters.
