The YBJ-800 explosion-proof laser alignment instrument for mining is an integrated device that combines electronics, optics, and precision mechanics. It features a fixed mounting design and can be quickly secured to anchor bolts via a suspension assembly. The instrument allows for coarse adjustment over a 360° range and fine adjustment with high accuracy; adjustment is convenient, and the locking mechanism is reliable. The product incorporates a self-developed optical system and supports both red and green light sources, with beam spot size and effective range tailored to meet the requirements of underground mining operations. It is powered by a dual AC/DC power conversion module, accepting a wide-range AC input of 127 V and featuring built-in protection functions. The instrument is primarily used in coal mine roadways to provide precise positioning of center and waist lines during excavation, as well as directional guidance for the installation of transport pipelines, conveyor belts, ventilation ducts, water pipes, and cable routes. It can also serve as a straight-line reference for tunneling operations in subways, highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, culverts, oil pipelines, and drainage projects. By integrating the power supply module, optical components, and precision mechanical elements into a single unit, the instrument boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, compact size, and lightweight construction. Coarse adjustment is achieved through a 360° rotatable locking mechanism, while installation is facilitated by a fixed mounting rod and a suspension assembly with locking devices, making the instrument’s fixation both convenient and rapid. A fine-adjustment mechanism enables lateral and longitudinal adjustments within a range of no less than ±1.5°. Once connected to a 127 V AC power supply, the power module converts the voltage to DC to power the laser tube, generating a laser beam; this beam is then collimated and directed over long distances by the optical system, achieving an effective range of up to 800 meters.
