PRODUCTS CENTER

The YBJ-500A explosion-proof laser alignment instrument for mining is an integrated device that combines electronic, optical, and precision mechanical technologies. It features a fixed mounting design, allowing rapid attachment to anchor bolts. The instrument offers 360° full-range coarse adjustment and highly precise fine adjustment, with convenient operation and reliable braking. The product incorporates a self-developed optical system and supports both red and green light sources; the beam spot size and effective range meet the requirements of underground construction operations. It is powered by a AC–DC conversion power module that accepts a wide-range AC input of 127 V and includes built-in protection functions. Primarily used in coal mine roadways during excavation, it provides accurate positioning of center and waist lines, as well as directional guidance for laying transport pipelines, conveyor belts, ventilation ducts, water pipes, and cables. It can also deliver straight-line alignment for tunneling projects in subways, highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, culverts, oil pipelines, and drainage systems. By integrating the power module, optical components, and precision mechanics into a single unit, the instrument boasts an aesthetically pleasing appearance, compact size, and lightweight construction. Coarse adjustment is achieved via a 360° rotatable locking mechanism, while installation employs a fixed locking device for quick and secure mounting. A fine-adjustment mechanism enables horizontal and vertical adjustments within a range of no less than ±1.5°. Upon connection to a 127 V AC power supply, the power module converts the voltage to DC to power the laser tube, generating a laser beam; this beam is then collimated by the optical system to produce a long-range laser aiming beam with an effective range of up to 500 meters.

The YHJ-50 laser slope gauge is primarily used for alignment, positioning, and line-setting in mining excavation faces and installation projects. It serves as a modern surveying tool that replaces traditional string lines in applications such as achieving the “three-levels-and-one-straight” standard on coal-mining faces, establishing centerlines for drilling and support in tunneling faces, positioning and installing mechanical and electrical transportation equipment, and setting reference lines in civil engineering and highway construction. The device boasts advantages including compact size, light weight, portability, ease of operation, high operational efficiency, and minimal interference with other work processes.

This product is a portable, intrinsically safe, three-dimensional laser electronic geological compass that provides real-time displays of azimuth, roll angle, and pitch angle. To facilitate field measurements, it also features auxiliary readings for atmospheric pressure, altitude, and temperature, making it an essential tool for geologists.

The DQL-11 geological compass is an improved version of our factory’s DQY-1 geological compass. It is primarily used for measuring magnetic azimuth and dip angle in coal mines and nonferrous metal mines, and can also be employed by geologists for certain types of measurements.
